There is over 2,000 square feet of interior space plus an additional 1,500 square feet of covered and uncovered patios to take advantage of the Caribbean breezes.

The first level offers a spacious living room and a dining table with views of the ocean. The room opens onto the covered patio, which has ocean views and is set up for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped and generous on space, and a large outdoor propane grill is situated directly outside the kitchen. The first floor has both a full bathroom and an outdoor shower.

The second level of the home features a wrap-around deck with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean. Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the deck in the morning, and stargazing at night. The main house contains 2 bedrooms while the third bedroom is a casita which is attached to the house but has a separate exterior entrance. All 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom, and closet, are located on the second level. They provide maximum privacy while enjoying the views and breezes of Culebra.

The home is surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens with thoughtfully planted flora. You will find flowering trees and fruit trees around the property, including passion fruit, oranges and oregano.

The kitchen in our house is well stocked for cooking. Appliances include refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, icemaker and juicer. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. A large selection of spices and seasonings is available in the pantry. There is a tap on the kitchen sink for filtered water through a 3-stage filtration system.

The Weber Genesis II outdoor gas grill has 4 stainless steel burners and 700 square inches of cooking space.

We have high speed internet provided by Culebra Networks, and the connection speed is excellent by island standards.

The Samsung TV is a 55” 4k resolution television plus a convenient Smart TV interface that provides access to services like Netflix, Hulu Plus and YouTube to stream your favorite movies and TV shows directly from the internet. Options for watching TV include streaming content from the internet via the WiFi network (e.g., Netflix), streaming content from your own computer or storage device.

There is an additional 50″ 4k smart TV in Guest Bedroom 2.

The Yamaha Soundbar provides enhanced sound quality when using the TV and functions as a stereo to listen to music. Bluetooth enabled phones or other devices can connect wirelessly.

There is a computer monitor and desk available in the master bedroom. This can be used with your laptop or other A/V source via HDMI connection.

There is a reading area and a collection of books in the hallway on the second floor. Board games are available as well as cards, puzzles, and dominoes.

Guests will have access to the entire home minus the garage and a 4th room with a separate entrance that we do not rent. Those areas are not occupied and are only used for storage. You will have the entire house and nearly 2 acres of land to yourself, we never rent to more than one group at a time.

A 4WD vehicle is required for a small part of the road to our house. All three of the rental companies on the island rent 4WD vehicles nearly exclusively, just don’t rent a golf cart :)
